Additional experience
I worked as an Advanced Personal Trainer for 12 years (2002 - 2014). In 2004, I achieved status as one of the top 10 most successful Personal Trainers for Virgin Active in the United Kingdom. This experience as an Advanced Personal Trainer, combined with my Sports Science degree, enables me to provide specific, tailored rehabilitation programmes to maximise patient recovery. I also design specific sports conditioning and injury prevention programmes following individual screening to improve performance and reduce risk of injury.
